Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized by them;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material and details to help locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
6. A statement that the information provided is accurate.

By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity and information may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you can provide us with a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must contain:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the material removed;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
